Privacy

What Nexus Software collects when you browse, buy, activate a key, make an account, or write Support. Last updated October 30, 2026. Paying is acceptance of this page. It sits with Terms.

What we collect

• Visit logs: IP, browser, time, pages — to run the site and stop abuse.
• Cart and checkout: product, plan, amount, checkout email.
• After pay: order id, fulfillment status, download-token use, and for physical goods a shipping name and address.
• License traffic: key, product, hardware id, success/fail, and related IP when the hub or a solver checks in.
• Messages you send on Support or Telegram, including HID site/game names you give us so we can cut a key.
• Account, required before checkout: email, a scrambled password, your referral code, purchases on that account, and the referral balance. The balance is credit on the site, not a bank balance. Cash out is a Telegram message. The secret shop password is not an account and is not stored here.

We do not store full card numbers or CVC. The payment processor does that. Direct-pay details you type in Telegram are only what you chose to send.

Why we use it

To take payment, deliver keys and files, ship parcels, bind a license to a PC, stop cracking and fraud, answer Support, pay Hub and HID referrals when a code is used, and contest chargebacks. By paying, you agree we may give the processor and the card network the order, email, IP, download or key time, product page, and hardware id for that dispute. We do not sell your email list.

Who else sees it

Stripe (or the processor you used) sees the charge. Hosting and our license worker see request and key-check logs. Telegram sees messages you send there. We may share records with a processor or law enforcement when we contest fraud or are legally required. Order records are not a public page.

How long

Order, key, download, and hardware logs are kept through the card dispute window and as long as tax rules require. One-time links expire. The record that you paid does not. A deletion request does not wipe records we need for a dispute, a refund, a ban, or taxes.

Your choices

Write Support and ask what we hold for a checkout email. You can ask for deletion where the law allows. We may refuse to wipe records we need for fraud, taxes, or an open dispute. Do not send passports or extra ID unless we ask.

This store is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly take those checkouts. You must be 18 to buy.

Security

We use HTTPS, processor checkout, short-lived download links, and live key checks. No site is unhackable. If you think a key leaked, write Support so we can kill it.
