What we collect when you browse or buy from Nexus Software. Last updated September 4, 2026.

What we collect

• Basic visit logs (such as IP and browser) to keep the site up and stop abuse.
• The products you try to buy.
• After a paid order: the email from checkout, amount, product, and for physical goods a shipping name and address.

We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Those stay with the payment processor.

Why

To complete checkout, send software, ship parcels, prevent fraud, and answer Support. We do not sell your email list.

Who else sees data

The payment processor handles the charge. Our hosting provider sees normal request logs. Order records are not a public page.

How long we keep it

Sales records are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require. Download links expire; the fact that you paid does not.

Your choices

You can ask Support what we hold for an email address, and ask for deletion where the law allows (we may keep a stub that a charge was refunded). Do not send extra ID documents unless we ask.

Kids

This store is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly take those checkouts.
