Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Nexus Software websites and when you buy software or physical goods from us. Last updated September 4, 2026. Payment processors have their own terms for the charge itself.
1. Who we are
Nexus Software sells its own desktop suite and HID gear. This is our store, not a third-party marketplace. Contact is on the Support page.
2. The catalog
Product pages describe what you are buying. We can fix obvious pricing mistakes before we fulfill. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, you are refunded the amount charged.
3. Software licenses
Digital products are licensed to you. You do not buy the copyright. Unless a product page says otherwise:
- The license is for you (or your household) on devices you control.
- You may not resell, rent, or publicly share the installer.
- You may not strip license checks or post the files online.
Downloads are sent after payment succeeds. Seeing a thank-you page without a confirmed payment does not grant a license. A Solvers key is delivered when we issue and lock it to your PC.
4. Physical goods
Physical items need a shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for a reachable address and for any import fees your country charges.
5. Integrity, cracking, and reverse engineering
We do not take cracking, stolen keys, patched builds, injected backdoors, or tampered clients lightly — on this website or in the apps. The software checks in with our cloud and other integrity controls so a cracked or edited copy does not stay trusted. You may not:
- Crack, patch, unpack, or dump the apps or the license check.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or debug the products except where a law in your country says we cannot stop you for interoperability — and even then, not to steal keys or ship a pirate build.
- Plant backdoors, malware, or extra code in our files, or pass off a modified copy as ours.
- Share bypasses, loaders, keygens, or leaked vaults.
- Attack, scrape, or probe this site or our license servers.
If we see an attempt, we can kill the key, lock the hardware id, refuse future sales, and take legal action. That includes civil claims and, where the facts support it, a report to law enforcement. Buying a license is not a right to take the product apart.
6. Solvers, not cheats — and how you use what you buy
We sell solvers. We do not sell cheats. That is not a slogan we stuck on the box after the fact — it is why this is a real store with checkout, keys, and posted policies instead of a hidden drop. A solver reads a board or a match and helps you pick a stronger line. A cheat is a hidden inject, a memory patch, or a tool built to break someone else’s rules in the dark. Those are different products. We sell the first kind.
You are responsible for how you use anything you buy here — software, keys, cables, custom work. Follow the law and the rules of any third-party app, game, or site you point our tools at. If you misuse a product, get banned, lose an account, lose money, or break a rule, that is on you. We are not responsible for that misuse. Buying from a public, above-board website does not make a forbidden use allowed.
7. Fair use of the store
Do not try to skip payment, harvest other customers’ orders, or attack the site. We can refuse or reverse orders that look fraudulent.
8. Payments
Prices are in US dollars unless marked otherwise. Card details are entered on the hosted checkout page. We keep order details we need to fulfill and support you (email, product, amount, and a shipping address for physical goods).
By paying, you agree to these Terms, the Refund policy, and the Privacy policy as they read on the purchase date. Checkout is your signature that you understand digital licenses are delivered electronically and are not the same as an unopened box on a shelf.
9. Availability
The site and download links can go down. If you paid and cannot get your file, Support will restore access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order.
10. Branding
The Nexus Software name, Nexus Solvers App, chrome, and product files stay ours. A license does not let you rebrand the suite as your own product.
11. Changes
We can update these terms. The date above is the version that applies to new purchases.
12. Other policies
Refunds and chargebacks are in the Refund policy. Data handling is in Privacy. How to reach us is on Support.
