Terms of use
Binding agreement between you and Nexus Software. Covers this website, checkout, keys, downloads, accounts, the Windows hub, HID, chat, referrals, and physical goods. Last updated October 30, 2026. Clicking Buy, paying, pasting a key, or downloading a file means you accept these Terms, the Refund policy, and the Privacy policy as they read that day. Stripe and other processors have their own terms for the charge.
If you do not agree, do not pay and do not use the products. There is no “I did not read it” exception after checkout.
1. Who we are and who may buy
Nexus Software is the seller. This is our store, not a marketplace for other people’s files. Contact is on Support. Telegram is @nexusoftware.
You must be 18 or older. If you pay, you state that you are 18+, that you are the cardholder or you have authority to use that payment method, that the checkout email is yours, and that you will recognize the charge. We can refuse, cancel, or reverse any order.
2. What you are buying
Product pages control the SKU. We can correct obvious price errors before we fulfill. If we cancel a paid order for an error, we refund the amount we actually received.
Digital items are licenses, not a transfer of copyright. Physical items are goods we ship. Coming-soon listings are not an offer until checkout is open.
Everything listed is sold as our commercial software, keys, or hardware. We will not build or sell a product whose only purpose is an illegal hack, malware, or a crime. If you ask for that on Support, the answer is no.
3. Licenses, keys, and one PC
A paid key is a revocable license to use the matching product on the terms of that listing. You do not own the code, the brand, or the right to copy it.
- Nexus Hub Key is lifetime for the Windows hub on the computer you activate. It stays saved on that PC. It does not open Solvers or HID by itself.
- Solvers Key opens the Solvers tab. You paste it every Launch. It is checked live and is not stored. Sharing it is a breach.
- HID Key, when that listing is for sale, is one HID solver, one PC, starting at 7 days. Paste it every Launch. It is not stored. Extra time only as we state on that listing. It does not open Solvers. HID Key is not for sale at the time of this page unless the listing says otherwise.
- File downloads: Hub Key is a one-time thank-you link plus a key we send. Paid PC apps (ApexMiner Pro and others we open) are a one-time thank-you link only — no key. Solvers Key is a key only.
Unless a page says otherwise: one buyer, devices you control, no resale, no renting, no posting installers or keys, no stripping license checks. A thank-you page without a confirmed paid session is not a license. A key is delivered when we issue it and, where the product uses a lock, bind it to that PC.
4. Delivery
Digital delivery is complete when any one of these happens: the thank-you page shows a file, we send a link or a key, the hub accepts a key, a one-time link is opened, or we write the checkout email. You do not have to finish installing. HID keys may require you to name the solver after pay. Waiting on you is not “item not received.”
Physical goods need a real shipping address. You pay import fees your country charges. Wrong address is on you if the parcel already left.
5. Integrity, cracking, and abuse
Products may check in with our servers, bind to hardware, wipe temp files, and refuse a tampered client. You may not:
- Crack, patch, unpack, dump, keygen, or bypass the license check.
- Reverse engineer or debug except where a law in your country cannot be waived for interoperability — and never to steal keys or ship a pirate build.
- Share loaders, leaks, vaults, or “free” copies of our files.
- Attack, scrape, or flood this site or the license servers.
- Use stolen cards, mule accounts, or fake disputes.
Breach can mean: key killed, HWID banned, future sales refused, chat removed, and civil claims. Where the facts support fraud, theft of service, or unauthorized access, we can report it. A license is not a right to take the product apart.
6. How you use what you buy
Solvers are helpers in the Solvers tab. HID is a separate tab for pay-to-play sites. You are responsible for how you use anything from this shop: software, keys, cables, custom work. Follow the law and the rules of any third-party game, site, or app you point our tools at.
If you get banned, lose an account, lose money, or break a third-party rule, that is on you. We do not refund because a platform enforced its own terms. Earnings claims on a listing are not a wage, a security, or a promise that your result will match someone else’s, except where a page expressly states we extend HID time until a stated money task is finished.
Windows-only products will not run on a Mac. Buying anyway is not a defect.
7. Payments, promos, and direct pay
Prices are USD unless marked otherwise. Card data is entered on the processor’s page. We never need your full card number in email or Telegram.
Promo codes (including WELCOME5) are extra, not a price rewrite. We can expire or limit a code. A code used on the wrong product does not create a refund right.
Direct pay (Cash App, crypto, or similar) is only valid after we tell you where to send it. Sending money to a random tag is not our order. Keys go out after we confirm the payment.
8. Chargebacks and “I did not get it”
Support first. Write us and wait 3 business days before any card or bank dispute. After delivery, a dispute for item not received, not as described, unrecognized, unauthorized, credit not processed, or cancelled is a breach of these Terms and of the Refund policy.
We keep the checkout record, the product page, emails, the time a key was issued or a link was opened, hardware id, and IP. We send that pack to the processor and contest the claim. The card network still decides the case. Opening a dispute does not pause revocation. Every key on that email, card, or PC can be killed immediately. You owe the disputed amount and any dispute fee billed to us on a delivered order.
Friendly fraud and stolen-card orders can mean a permanent ban and a report to the processor’s fraud tools. A dispute filed while we are already replacing a broken file can stall both.
9. Chat, referrals, and Support
Customer chat is optional, lives on Support, and can be refused or revoked. It is not a public forum you are owed. Methods talked about there stay under these Terms.
Referrals are Hub Key at 20% of the $10 app ($2) and HID Key at 40% of that HID charge when the buyer types your code in the referral box. Nothing else pays a cut. An account is required before checkout. Making one gives you a code. The balance on an account is referral credit. Cash out is a Telegram message. At checkout the balance can come off the item, and a $1 card fee still applies when the credit covers the whole item. We can deny payout for fraud, self-referral, cancelled orders, or chargebacks. A referral is not a job and not an ownership stake.
10. No warranty; cap on damages
Products are provided as described on the listing, as-is, except for the refunds we owe under the Refund policy. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost accounts, lost data, bans, downtime, or indirect damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some places do not allow certain limits; there, we limit only as far as that place allows.
You will cover us for claims, reversals, and processor fees that come from your misuse, your chargeback after delivery, or your sharing of keys. Our duty on a broken file is the replacement or the refund in the Refund policy, and nothing more.
11. Brand, custom work, and changes
The Nexus name, chrome, hub, and files stay ours. A license is not a right to rebrand the suite as your product. Quoted custom software stays ours unless the quote says otherwise.
We can update these Terms. The date at the top applies to new purchases. We can update the hub and kill old builds that fail integrity checks.
If a court throws out one clause, the rest stays. These Terms plus Refunds and Privacy are the agreement for store purchases. US law governs to the extent it applies. We may bring claims in any US court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to try Support in good faith before you sue.
