Keep Pad is a Windows notepad. You type, it saves. Notes sit in a folder on that PC, not inside the EXE, so swapping the file later does not wipe them.
You can put a password on the whole app, or lock one note. If you lose that password, that note or the whole pad is gone. Nobody can reset it. Search your notes from My Notes.
Right-click for bold, lists, tables, and pictures. Drop a picture in. Dark or light. Spelling can stay off, auto-fix a word when you hit space, or underline a mistake so you click the fix.
